The family-run, 4-star Hotel Alpenruh is located in the heart of the Tyrolean top winter destination Serfaus, only approx. 150 m from the resort centre away. The local metro station, from where the underground train leaves to the mountain station, is only approx. 100 m away. The actual mountain station and the nearest cross-country trail are both approx. 1.2 km away.
The modern and comfortably-furnished hotel offers a lobby with reception and day-bar, lift, Wi-Fi (payable locally), lounge area, children's playroom, dining hall, Tyrolean parlour and a sun terrace.An indoor pool, steam bath, sauna and infrared cabin can accessed for free between 15:00 and 19:00 (indoor pool 07:00 - 19:00). Every week the is a ski event that takes place in the ski area (Adventure Night), with laser show and much more, in which guests can participate for a locally payable fee.For stowing the equipment, there is a ski and boot room. Parking spaces are available free of charge, however the parking garage has to be paid for locally (spaces based on availability).

The spacious rooms all have a bath/wc, cable TV, telephone, radio, Wi-Fi (payable locally), hair drier, safe (incl.), cosmetics mirror and some also have a balcony or terrace (depending on booked room type).
Board
The holiday price already includes half-board PLUS and comprises a welcome drink, breakfast buffet with cold and warm dishes, vitality food corner, fruit and a juice bar, in the afternoons there is cake or a snack buffet with fruit and a 4-course evening menu with choice of main dish (to choose from 3 dishes). Further, there is a salad buffet, cheese platter and once per week a dessert buffet at dinner time. On special request there is also dietary and vegetarian cuisine possible. Further, there is a themed evening once per week with a special buffet. A 6-course dinner is served each on Christmas and New Year's Eve.
