Absolutely Villas offer good value, high quality villas and apartments in north eastern Mallorca (Majorca) – around Pollensa, Peurto Pollensa, Alcudia and Cala St Vicente.
Our Villas
All our villas and apartments are beautifully presented and fully equipped. Our descriptions are kept deliberately short, we let the pictures do the talking! Absolutely Villas based in Menai Bridge on the beautiful Isle of Anglesey. We specialise in offering our guests a personal service. When you pick up the phone to call us you talk to someone who knows Mallorca and the villas we offer. If you email us with any queries, we try and come back to you straight away.
Our Service and how to book
To make a booking, please either email info@absolutelyvillas.com or telephone us 01248 712567 and we will make a provisional booking for your villa. To confirm the booking we require a deposit of £350 per villa per week. This can be paid by credit / debit card, cheque, or bank transfer. We will then send you a detailed booking confirmation. The balance of the booking will need to be paid at least 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. Again this can be paid by credit / debit card, cheque, or bank transfer. Once we have received your final payment we will send you detailed instructions on how to find the villa, a map and guide book of Mallorca. Please note our Booking Conditions.
Remember our prices are per villa and include:
- Linen and towels - though not beach towels
- Mid week cleaning
- End of week cleaning
- Regular swimming pool cleaning and maintenance
- Air conditioning if installed
- Road Map of Mallorca
- Guide book to Mallorca
Arrival Day
Most of our villas allow you to arrive and depart on any day of the week. You can book most of our villas for a minimum of 4 days though generally the most popular booking is for a week, ten days or two weeks.
We can also advise and book:
- Car hire
- Boat hire
- Travel to and from Mallorca
- Holiday Insurance
Short Break Villa Holidays
Many of our villas are available to rent on a daily basis. You can arrive and depart on any day, though the majority of Villas available for short breaks are for a minimum of 4 days. Access to the villa is from 4pm and on your final day we ask that you vacate the villa by 11am.
